$SCTOKEN is designed as a utility and prize token. It gives you no ownership in Sparkle Coin, Inc., no share of profits, no voting rights and no claim on the company's assets. Sparkle Coin, Inc. does not promise that the token will hold or gain value. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
The price can fall to zero
Crypto token prices change quickly and can drop sharply. There may be times when few people are buying or selling, which makes it hard to trade at a fair price, or at all. Past prices, including prices of the original SparkleCOIN, say nothing about future prices.
Exchange listings can change
$SCTOKEN currently trades on Raydium, a decentralized exchange on Solana. Exchanges can add or remove tokens, and we don't control them.
Your wallet is your responsibility
If you lose your seed phrase or private key, or someone else gets it, your tokens can be lost for good. Nobody, including us, can reverse a blockchain transfer. Always check the official token address on our verify section before you accept or trade a token.
Rules for crypto are still changing
Laws on digital assets, sweepstakes and prize payouts differ by country and by US state, and they change. New rules could limit how $SCTOKEN can be used, traded or offered where you live, and could affect our products and plans.
Plans can change
Product plans and launch timing on this site are our current intentions, not promises. We post firm dates only when they are firm, and we've delayed launches before rather than release into poor conditions.
Taxes
Winning, receiving, selling or spending tokens can create a tax bill. Prize winners may receive tax forms where the law requires them. Please ask a tax professional about your situation.
Promotions
No purchase is necessary to enter or win any SparkleCOIN sweepstakes, and a purchase does not improve your chances. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to enter or claim a prize. Each promotion has official rules that control it, including who can enter and a free method of entry. Promotions are void where prohibited.
